World IP Day Celebrated at TUST

April 26 is the 26th World Intellectual Property Day of this year. To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and solidly advance the national intellectual property strategy, and to implement Tianjin University of Science & Technology's "Pioneer Plan", the College of Humanities and Law actively responded to the national Intellectual Property Day theme "Intellectual Property and Sports: Take Your Place, Be Ready, Innovate!", taking the integration of AI and intellectual property as its main thread and launching a series of Intellectual Property Day activities. It created a diverse matrix of activities including themed lectures, practical visits and competition briefings, with the aim of cultivating the innovative protection awareness of teachers and students, advancing intellectual property education from the classroom into practice, and supporting the University's development.

Over the years, the College of Humanities and Law has held fast to its mission of "reviving the nation through literature and preserving truth through law", working deeply in intellectual property education and solidly advancing the cultivation of rule-of-law professionals. In future, the College will continue to implement the University's "Pioneer Plan", take intellectual property development as a new starting point, deepen interdisciplinary integration, optimize the talent development system, make case-based popularization, frontier seminars and practical studies substantive, and guide teachers and students to refine their professional capabilities, uphold their commitment to the rule of law and have the courage to innovate in practice, contributing wholeheartedly to the building of a powerful intellectual property nation and to regional innovation and development.
